Who we Are

With over 30 years of industry experience spanning across the globe, Rocket & Custard brings a wealth of creativity, craftsmanship, and problem-solving expertise to every production. From large-scale international features to intimate independent projects, we approach each challenge with the same professional attitude and our core belief that “there are no problems, only solutions.”

We are a boutique design studio with global reach. Based in Wiltshire with a base in London, we combine big-picture creativity with low-overhead agility, delivering exceptional results without compromise. Our fully equipped studio includes a digital design suite and fabrication workshop, offering services that range from Digital graphics, web, and print design / UX & UI content development / Carpentry, metalwork, and plastics fabrication / 2D and 3D design, printing, and prototyping

Alongside our workshop, we maintain a well-stocked prop studio available for hire. We design and build bespoke props, sets, and scenic elements tailored to your exact production needs.

Production Design & Art Direction
Film & Television

With more than 100 productions to our name across film, television, and shorts, we have honed a deep understanding of what it takes to bring stories to life on screen. Our work has been recognized with international awards, but our true measure of success lies in the trust of the directors, producers, and crews who return to us time and again.

Our services include: Production Design & Art Direction, Property Buying & Location Management and On-set art department support with Assistant Art Directors, Standby Props, Set Dressers
 

From detailed set builds to subtle scenic dressing, every detail is considered and executed with precision. Our workshop also produces custom sets, scenic elements, and props that can be fabricated in-house and shipped directly to studios or locations worldwide.

Commercials & Content

We have extensive experience working both directly with brands and in partnership with agencies to deliver high-impact commercial design. From concept through to polished execution, we create visually striking work for global clients—designs that are bold, memorable, and aligned with brand values.

Experiential Design

Our roots in public art and civic installations have grown into a thriving practice in experiential and event design. We create bespoke environments for Commercial POS and conference stands, Interactive and immersive entertainment, and Large-scale events and intimate private functions

Whether designing for corporate, public, or personal experiences, our focus remains the same: to craft environments that inspire, engage, and leave a lasting impression.

Graphic Design

We offer a comprehensive design-to-delivery service for film, television, events, and branded content. Our expertise includes:

  • Branding and production graphics for all purposes

  • Interior and exterior structural graphics, typography, and wayfinding
